Results

The NJAA Junior National was held on the Kennet & Avon Canal near Hungerford this year. the venue was to far away for us to practice so going down blind was a challange for the lads. after speeking to Mark Pollard and local anglers we came up with the team plan but with Farnbrough hosting the event we new it was going to be hard to beat them on there own water. The teams got of to a good start with them all catching well on 12m line with squatt but farnbrough was catching at 5m so there catch rate was faster than us. At the end of the match we knew it was close in the juniors as we had one section win, three 3rd, one 2nd and one 8th place having 20 points. with only two points clear, farnbrough took the crown with our juniors taking runner up it was a great achievment for the lads to go all that way and come back with Second place. In the intermadates it was also close with Farnbrough 5 points clear of our first team intermadates but as locals to the venue we new it was going to be hard to beat them on there own water. well done to all our lads and to Farnbrough for hosting a great event.
