NJAA Knockout final 2007

After qualifying for the National junior Angling knockout final at Warrington water in top form with four section wins second and third place we was all up for the final at Maver larkford Lake complex. We have just sorted a sponsor out with mark pollard from fox match for our junior squad we have a great set of juniors with all types of method in there armoury.

The match was held on the specimen lake at maver larkford on the Saturday 2nd June all the team look great in there new clothing and we had a team plan all set out and it paid off after all the work and preparing for the match.

Jack Burnett won A section with a good net of bream and carp to give him top points on the day.

Tom Woodruff fished a great match and caught bream he got beat by carp being caught in the last hour he pick up point which help the team take lead.

Kyle Jones fished method feeder and caught carp and bream finishing the match third in he’s section.

Conner Barlow won his section from one of the worst pegs on the complex with 19kg and won D section with a great net of Bream to 2lb.

Jonathon Ebrell fished a great match catching bream at 13m on chop worm he finished the match second in he’s section.

Joe Cartwright is one of the youngest in our team but has a wealth of angling experience under he’s belt he caught skimmer and tench but as Tom he got beat by bigger fish
